Old business: Work on the field is still being discussed for next spring and
summer. Skip would like to expand the previous plans, including toilets and
roofing the stage. Planning will continue.

New business:
1)MMM: It was proposed that for the next Muin Mound Madness, a theme maybe
a good idea. Interest was expressed in having lecturers and workshops like
other festivals. It was decided that a minimum committee of three would be
needed with others assisting as they could. Kia raised the motion and it
was seconded by Laurel. Two people volunteered for the committee, Margaret
and Liannon.

2)Kia suggested that it would be good for the grove if she and Laurel as the
SD and ASD represented MMG in the local pagan community meetings and
organizations in the future. Her suggestion was met with agreement by all.

3)Appointed positions: When Kia took office as SD, all appointed positions
were considered null and void. During the Samhain meeting positions were
assigned, and new ones proposed. MMG has three voted positions: Senior
Druid: Kia-Marie Wolfe, Pursewarden: Sharon Ellison, and Scribe: Willow
Nimfeach. Appointed positions are as follows:

Suibne (sp?): Ms. P
Bard: Phoenix
Media Liaison: Liannon
Seer: Laurel
Liturgist: Kia
Herbalist: Laurel
Chronicler: Carol (also the webmistress)
Fire Maiden: Willow
Kids Education: vacant as of now
Archivist: Skip
Photographer: Skip
Greeters: Liannon, Toad
Other positions can be appointed at anytime by the SD.

4)Toad has asked to join the Grove and was invited into the Folk after the
Ritual Saturday night.

Motion to close the meeting was made by Kia and seconded by Toad.
