| MMG Business meeting Present – Kia, Deb, Alicia, Sean, Mackenzie, Jen, Jennifer, Sharon, Skip & Dennis Meeting started at 3:30 PM. Old Business: Sharon told everyone that she has a 50% off coupon for Jo-Ann’s Fabric but it has to be used next week. Kia had the pattern for the tabards so we discussed how much material to get. We need 45” X 20 yards of semi-coarse muslin, maybe unbleached muslin, and antique white. Deb will get thread at Michaels. We need to pick up one more pattern – Simplicity 5843, size P5 or larger. We will have a sewing party on Sunday, 1/30/05. 10 AM to 4 PM or as needed. (Remind Jen to bring her sewing machine with her.) Further talk about making monks robes to wear under the tabard. No final decision made. Deb and Ray are donating a silver $5 piece to use in the well. New Business: Jennifer talked about the praise offering she will give tonight. It is up on the website as ‘Folk Poem.’ Skip talked about the updates he has done on the website. Mainly updates on the omens and business meeting minutes. Skip asked for volunteers to go through the MMG list archives to summarize the online business meetings and to scour the old newsletters for business meeting minutes and omens that are not on the website. We will be doing a Bardic night after the Imbolc ritual. Meeting adjourned at 4:45.
