## Muin Mound Madness:

Kia and Jenn are working on developing the graphics. They should be ready soon.

Send invitations to vendors to from Pagan Pride Day last year. We will send out form letters to them. Phoenix suggested setting up a specific time during the day for vendors. Perhaps setup the vendors behind the pool. There will be no vending fee. Let the vendors know the nature of the festival.

We should focus on advertising locally. Getting out a list of workshops ahead of time may increase attendance. We need to contact Ian and see if he can commit to specific workshops. Skip will contact Ian.

We could have a drumming night(s) and advertise it (5$ donation just for drumming). Also can do 10$ for the concert.

We will do main ritual.

## Chant Workshops:

We need to practice more, project more. Phoenix may be able to help some with that.

Phoenix suggested introducing one new chant per ritual.

Need a core group that knows the chants cold. Perhaps do a set of chants at every ritual for a while and then introduce new ones slowly.

Use the strengths of the grove. Instrumentals and orating seem to be bigger than singing.

## Ritual Garb

Phoenix mentioned that she has noticed a lack of formal dress at rituals lately.

For PPD, it would be good if we coordinate garb. Skip suggested have MM tabards made up, perhaps with the grove logo on the back.

We could have a grove get together some night and make them.

Discussed having additional programs to attract members. Dedicants workshops, Liturgist Workshops, other Guild activities.

Phoenix suggested fire watches. Discussed how that would happen. Fire Safety would need to be done before hand.

## Pagan Pride Day Ritual

Phoenix suggested some ideas the would allow people to feel more included in rituals, to allow them to feel their own spirituality.

John suggested incorporating the 9 virtues, perhaps by having 3 women representing the 3 aspects of Bridgette. Also incorporating the other triple aspects, Land, Sea, Sky; Fire, Well, Tree; 3 kindreds.
