Present: Skip, Sharon, Ms. P, Phoenix, Willow, Kia, Liannon, Nick, Rhino,
Alyssa, Carol, Brian, Kayla, Pat

Skip started the meeting by informing everyone that the bridge into the
Nemeton was in desperate need of repair. A vote was called to approve money
for purchase of the materials needed. It was suggested that the grove try
raising the money through donations to help defray the cost. A work-party
date was set for the following Saturday, May 12.

A vigil to welcome new folk members was planned for May 12. As of the time
of the meeting Carol, Kayla, Ms. P, and Laurel; had asked to join the folk.

Candles for ritual are needed, preferably by donation if possible.

It was also requested that new decorations be made for the Nemeton and that
the vine structures need to be redone.

It was proprosed that field trips to the local headwaters be planned for
this summer.

Wellspring is fast approaching and with it this year's elections. Skip is
running for Archdruid. If elected (basically when since he is running
unapposed), the grove will need a new Senior Druid since according to ADF
bylaws, the Archdruid cannot be the Senior Druid of an individual grove.

There was also general dicussion on the possible formation of local guilds,
fundraising, and the Senior Druid's duties.

The meeting concluded with those present taking part in the sowing of this
year's wheat.
