## Old Business ##

# Muin Mound Madness #

- Kia jus moved and will not have a phone for internet dialup for at least a month. When Skip gets back from Canada, ask him to change the contact email address to aethon@bluefrog.com
- Sharon made a motion to rent a porta-john, Kia seconded, all in favor
- Linda Demissy volunteered to do a workshop
- Suggestion that we just do first-come for workshop placement
- Kia forgot to post MMM to Witchvox and it should be put up on ADF-Announce, Aethon will take care of that
- Kia will talk to Jen after the mtg about making up flyers
- Aethon will post Warrior Games ideas to the list
- Sharing of the waters during main ritual
- Pavilion is a good idea, it will provide a common area for informal gatherings

# Ritual Workshops #

- first one will be August 14th at the Ellisons, 12pm
- combine with work-party for MMM

## New Business ##

# Dixie Chicks #

- discussed dixie cups for sharing of the waters
- several people think the dixie cups detracts from the feeling and theatrics of the ritual
- there are other options if you have germs or don't want to get them
- we can talk about those option during pre-ritual briefing so newcomers are aware of etiquette
- also ecological concerns
- motion made to go back to old way, seconded, all in favor

# Elections #

- we were supposed to have done nominations at Midsummer and have elections now.
- Aethon made motion to move nominations and elections back one ritual, nominations not until Mabon, elections on Mabon and installations at Samhain like normal. Seconded, all in favor.
- Kia nominated Sharon for PW, Deb seconded. Sharon accepted
- Sharon nominated Aethon for Scribe. Amanda seconded. Aethon accepted.
- Phoenix nominated Kia for SD, Sharon seconded, Kia accepted.
- Further nominations can be made until Mabon and write-ins are allowed at elections

# Quarterly Reports #

- Sharon will get Skip to help her file the report
- Kia reported having 14 people at the Midsummer (Norse) ritual.
