Mabon Minutes

• Meeting began at 5:40pm.
• The trip to Amanda’s went well..  Those that were able to go suggested that the trip be repeated at some point.
• The wish was expressed for more grove bonding activities.  It is understood that it is difficult for those who live at greater distances.
• The local grove members were invited to attend the Dedacant’s Path study group meeting to be held on October 2nd at Jen Koagel’s house in the interest of furthering grove bonding activities.

• Plans were made for Samhain.  
• The business meeting will be held at 3pm despite it being the first of the winter services.
• Trick or treating will be conducted at 5pm for those with children.
• The worship service will be held at 8pm.  Please bring carved pumpkins.  The main sacrifice for this ritual will be the maypole.
• Thinking ahead, Yule gift exchange price is set at $10, with the usual game where stealing of gifts is permitted.  You must bring a gift to receive a gift.  Candee will be making a wreathe as the main sacrifice for Yule.
• The meeting faded out around 7pm.
