## Old Business

- Transfer paper arrived for to put the design on the altar cloth
- Kia displayed the new altar cloth and small tables
- Kia displayed the ribbons she dyed to be used on the Maypole
- Displayed tabbards to whose who had not seen them yet
- Need to have work party(ies) to take care of several items:
- clean up ritual area
- tabbards
- practice rituals and chants
- Next round table will be May 6th at 7pm at the Ellison's
- Explained First Circle Vigil, Ellie asked to join the Folk and will schedule her vigil with Kia
- Still looking for cauldrons for PPD ritual

- Phoenix bought a tree to be used in the children's ritual
- Skip made motion to have a $40 cap to use for ritual materials per ritual; Kia Seconded; All in favor, none opposed. Motion passed.
