Meeting was called to order @ 5:35.

Attending: Dennis, Sharon, Deb, Willow, Phoenix,and Karen.

OLD BUSINESS: The Financial Report was given from Muin Mound Maddness held 8/16 through 8/19/2007.

INCOME: $522.82
Expenses: <$315.82>

NEW BUSINESS:

This year for Samhain we will be gathering at the Ellisons at about 11 a.m. for lunch and a fun afternoon of playing games. Sharon will be making a pot of Veggie Soup, so please feel free to bring crackers and something to pass for lunch. So pack your games,and goodies for a fun afternoon.
Don't forget your pumpkins, but this year please have them carved as we will not be carving prior to the Ritual.

Moving foward under new business, for those who would like to participate,we will be doing our Yule Gift Exchange as we do every year at the Grove. This has always been so much fun. More information will be coming forth at our Samhain Business Meeting.
