| Muin Mound Grove Meeting Minutes - Midsummer 2007 The business meeting was pretty informal this time. I don't have starting and ending times and I will try to recall atendees. My apologies if I miss someone (been a crazy weekend, and my brain is not functioning). Attendees: Skip, Sharon, Phoenix, Jen, Aethon Most of the time was spent discussing the schedule for Muin Mound Madness. Before I get into that, let me cover a couple other topics. Lughnasadh will be on Aug 4th at Hamlin Beach outside Rochester. We were contacted by a website called "The Druid Network". They want to publish some general information about the Grove. ADF has been listed for a few years and several other ADF groves are listed as well. Aethon will contact them with the information. We forgot about elections again. I believe nominations should have closed at Midsummer and elections on Lughnasadh. Unless someone has objections, I will open nominations in a few mins with another email and they will close at the end of the day on Aug 4th. Elections will be held at the Fall Equinox festival. Ok, on to the Schedule.... Everything is tentative at this point, but it is looking pretty good. I'm not sure if we want to flip the workshop day and the warriors game day. It may depend on what day most people will be showing up. While I like the games, I think the workshops are more important.
