Eostre Business Meeting Minutes
March 18, 2006

Attendees: Dennis,Skip,Sharon,Phoenix,Ellie,Jen and Deb.

OLD BUSINESS:

- Skip recieved word from Erie and Lake Tear of the Cloud
Groves in regards to the planned get together for Lughnassadh.
We should have approximately 8 total from both areas. Camping will
be up closer to the house so all will have benefit of the "SUPER
MOSQUITO ZAPPER" which the Ellisons found out from last year works
great! The showers in the back will also be available for all to use.
Those attending the business meeting agreed that on the last day of
the get together Muin Mound Grove will host a breakfast. We (Muin
Mound Grove) can all bring items to be prepared for the breakfast.
Skip made motion to rent a Porta Potty for that weekend. This was
seconded by Dennis. Motion was carried. Skip and Sharon will make
the necessary arrangements on that.

- Skip will make up 4x5 cards to be posted around the area with
information concerning the Grove, and dates of our rituals as we
are the only area group that has an open circle.

NEW BUSINESS:

- No new business.

Meeting was closed at 4:13 pm
