Senior Druid's Report Summer Solstice-2001 The growth of the grove that has happened after Beltaine is very heartening! We've had four new members join the Folk and two other members re-new their ADF national membership and re-join the Folk. People are volunteering to take on grove offices and things are definitely looking up for the grove! I've appointed Keith ( Rhino) Veeder to the position of Assistant Senior Druid to take some of the administrative side of the load off me. This appointment is effective as of 5/23/01. He will co- moderate the MMG email list (MuinMoundGroveADF@yahoogroups.com) and make sure that grove officers get their reports in on time. He will also maintain the list of grove members and perform other administrative jobs as needed. Work is almost finished on re-building the bridge into the Nemeton and it looks like it will last much longer than the old one! By the end of summer, we'll have vines growing up the lattice work on the sides so that we enter the Nemeton through a pathway lined with grapes and roses. I'd like to extend many thanks to Laurel for the work she's been doing on our community herb garden. It's been cleaned out and planted with many new herbs and we are planning on expanding it to accommodate the other herbs that Carol and other members have offered.
